Decor and production
For the first time in Kazakhstan was conducted global internship program,- INKOMPASS. 

The event of the final tour of the trainee's kits was divided into two parts: day time training, which included various intellectual assignments and evening coctail with the host as well as interactive contests. 

Within the framework of this event, there were identified successful candidates who received paid internship at "Philip Morris Kazakhstan" company.
